Payroll and Accounts Payable Accountant

Payroll: Process payroll accurately and on time Maintain and update employee payroll records Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed Address employee payroll-related inquiries Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) Maintain accurate AP records and filing systems
