DIRECTOR OF DIETETICS AND NUTRITION

Our client, a leading food service company in Puerto Rico specializing in hospital nutrition and dietary operations, is looking for a Director of Nutrition & Dietetics to lead food production and service operations at hospital institutions across Puerto Rico. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with nutritional, safety, sanitary, and hospital accreditation standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct and supervise food service operations in hospitals (diet and cafeteria) Ensure compliance with patient nutritional care plans and Joint Commission standards Supervise, guide, and evaluate hospital managers Audit food production; monitor quality and quantity Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Control food, payroll, and supply costs Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable
