Inside Sales Representative

IMCD Puerto Rico, Inc. is hiring an organized and proactive Inside Sales Representative to keep deals moving and customers engaged. This role supports sales operations by managing accounts, handling customer requests, and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and JDE to drive revenue and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities include managing small accounts, following up on quotes and orders, prospecting new business, supporting the full sales cycle, tracking opportunities, and maintaining pipeline data. You’ll also coordinate samples and pricing, monitor KPIs, support collections, assist with events, and collaborate across teams while ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.
