This is a full-time, on-site role for a proactive, highly organized, and detailed-oriented Facilities Manager, who will visit commercial properties on a weekly basis, all over the Island. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating real estate projects, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and facilitating expediting processes. They will also manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. The Facilities Manager supports the Owner in overseeing operations of facilities, and project-level responsibilities. Coordinates and integrates the appropriate elements and details, associated with the completeness of projects, including the activities of all third-party companies.
