El Representante de Servicio Linea Directa será responsable de atender, orientar, canalizar y documentar las llamadas recibidas a través de la línea de servicios, conforme a los protocolos, procedimientos y normas establecidas por la Administración de Familias y Niños, manteniendo en todo momento un trato profesional, respetuoso, confidencial y sensible hacia las personas que solicitan asistencia. Deberá documentar en SIMCa el detalle que recoge a través de la entrevista y enviará para evaluación al Supervisor del Centro de Llamadas. Patrono con igualdad de oportunidad de empleo.
