Urb. Las Coles, Solar en Rio Grande

Welcome to Hawksnest, an extraordinary nine-lot community designed for eco-conscious living and sustainability. Perched above the ocean, enjoy invigorating tradewinds and refreshing rain showers from the nearby rainforest. Each nearly half-acre lot boasts a rich selection of fruit trees, including diverse varieties of mango, avocado, and banana, perfect for a sustainable lifestyle. Hawksnest fosters community cooperation through its thoughtful layout that encourages rainwater catchment. A wide range of innovative building styles are possible, including charming treehouse lodgings or eco-friendly earthbag homes — all supported by paved roads and underground utilities. The sellers have completed the underground water and electric infrastructure. The buyer is responsible for their own connections to the underground infrastructure, which includes their own meters. Lots #1 and Lot #6 have amazing views and are sloped in sections. Each lot has level spots. Join us at Hawksnest and be part of a pioneering community committed to a greener, more sustainable future!
