We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support client programs on a professional services contract basis. This role manages programs from confirmation through execution, acting as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in destination management or meetings and events. Key Responsibilities • Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts • Manage programs from contract handoff through execution and wrap-up • Coordinate logistics including hotels, transportation, activities, F&B, staffing, and off-site events • Manage budgets, invoices, timelines, and client materials • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and support on-site execution
