VP Finance

Lead all Finance Office operations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, and fixed assets. Develop and manage the institutional budget, including monthly variance analysis. Prepare and present financial statements and executive reports to the President and Board of Trustees. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including federal fund management. Coordinate external annual audits and implement corrective action plans as needed. Monitor institutional revenue streams and ensure financial sustainability through cost control. Oversee daily cash flow management, investments, and banking relationships. Conduct cost analyses and develop financial projections. Supervise finance team members and ensure strong internal controls. Serve as a strategic financial advisor to executive leadership.
