You'll lead field crews, manage subcontractors, and serve as the primary link between the owner, architect, and field team across healthcare, commercial, and institutional projects. What You'll Do Supervise field crews (20+ personnel) and subcontractors daily Develop and maintain project schedules; ensure milestone adherence Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and engineers Manage payroll tracking, daily logs, RFIs, and submittals Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates for scopes and change orders Enforce quality standards and ensure OSHA compliance on site
