Biomedical Equipment Technician (Regular)

Salary: per hour Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, certification, and repair of laboratory and biomedical equipment. Assist with equipment installations, removals, repairs, and technical service calls both onsite and remotely. Provide first-level customer support by phone and communicate effectively to identify and resolve equipment issues. Document service activities, generate reports, and manage service tickets through Salesforce and other tracking systems. Maintain accurate inventory and control of equipment, tools, and parts within the workshop and storage areas. Monitor equipment performance using remote monitoring systems and stay updated on product changes and technical manuals.
